Patrick (Pat) Reardon Passed away peacefully on 18th Nov 2017, aged 72 after a battle with Dementia Leaves wife Margaret and children Kerrie & Kevin Funeral on Friday 1st December at Slough Crematorium, 1.30 p.m. Family flowers only please Donations if desired to Dementia UK would be appreciated, via Newman & Son Funeral Directors or on the day in the collection box
