Derek Arthur Edward Mead Passed away at Wexham Park Hospital on the 14th November 2017 aged 88. A loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather loved and missed by all family and friends. The service will take place at Slough Crematorium on Friday 8th December 2017 at 12:00. Family flowers only with donations to Prostate Cancer UK or Dementia UK.
