Witness appeal follows crash

A MOTORCYCLIST has died after a motorway collision with a car.

The 30-year-old man from Hounslow who was driving a white Honda CBR600 motorcycle was in collision with a blue Citroen Piccasso on the eastbound carriageway of the M4 between junctions 6 and 5 near Langley on Wednesday at about 11pm.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both carriageways were closed to allow emergency services and collision investigators access, and it was not re-opened until about 5am.
