Council stalwart's last meeting
By Ruth Moulden
A PARISH council stalwart will be presiding over his last meeting as chairman tomorrow (Monday).
Frank Foulds, of Farnham Royal Parish Council, will make his last appearance as part of the council at their meeting in Farnham Royal
Village Hall, Farnham Lane, at 8pm.
Cllr Foulds has been a member of the council for 36 years and chairman for 11 years, but made the decision to quit in January after what he felt was a disunity in the council.
He said: “I think I have done my public duty, and I never took a penny in expenses. I am sorry in a way to leave as we have got three good new
members, but I have done enough.”
Everyone is welcome at the meeting, where the first part will be open to public comment and questions.
