Welsh Society enjoy Songs of Praise

THE SOUND of the valleys is coming to the town this weekend with the return of the Thames Valley Welsh Societies’ annual Songs of Praise.

Slough Baptist Church in Windsor Road will host an evening of Welsh and English hymns from 7pm on Saturday, led by conductor Eilir Owen Griffiths.

Entry is free and tea and refreshments will be available.

Slough Welsh Society meet every second Sunday of the month at St Paul's Church in Stoke Road.
