Parrish to miss final
By Observer Sport
BRACKNELL Bees head coach Dwight Parrish will miss tomorrow's (Wednesday) EPL Cup final decider after racking up too many penalty points.
A 5+game penalty for high sticks against Chelmsford Chieftains on Saturday took Parrish over the points threshold and saw him banned the following night against Swindon as well as missing the second leg of the final.
This will be a big boost to their opponents, the Slough Jets, who received a massive set-back in their bid for the English Premier League title when they lost 6-2 to league-leaders Guildford Flames on Sunday.
Slough go into Wednesday's game with a one-goal advantage after beating Bracknell 4-3 at the Hive in the first leg of the final on Thursday last week.
