Slough Town trio head to USA

SLOUGH Town FC trio Jermaine Gumbs, Brian Connor and Rommell Gumbs have flown out to Washington DC, USA, to play for Anguilla in the second leg of a pre-World Cup qualifier against El Salvador.

They are joined by fellow local footballers Rob Paris, James Williams-Richardson and Roy Gumbs.

Heading into the second leg tomorrow night (Wednesday), the tiny Caribbean island of Anguilla trail by a staggering 12-0 from the first and will need a miracle to overcome the deficit.
