TALENTED midfielder Paul Coyne has rejoined Windsor & Eton FC this week.

Coyne was at Stag Meadow last season but left under a cloud when former manager Paul Lane was in charge. However, he has returned with Keith Scott at the helm.

He isn’t the only new addition to the squad after Scott raided his former club, Leighton, for left sided player Bruce Wilson and versatile defender Andrew Fagan.

“We’ve signed Paul Coyne from Marlow,” commented Scott.

“He’s going to offer the squad exactly what I’d expect him to offer — more quality.

“I felt last year we had a strong squad but not big enough and what I wanted to do was add to it.

“Paul (Coyne) is a footballer who likes to get the ball down and play.”

The Windsor supremo added: “I’ve also brought in two lads from my old club, Leighton Town, Bruce Wilson and Andrew Fagan. What they will both do is give us that strength in depth and add to the quality that we already have in the squad.”
