SYCOB boss Jamie Jarvis.

JAMIE Jarvis continues to try different options as Beaconsfield SYCOB prepare for life back in the Southern League.

The Rams lost 3-1 to Premier Division Oxford City at Bisham Abbey on Saturday but it was a good workout for the Holloways Park outfit as it was when they went down by the same scoreline at home to Staines Town on Monday evening.

jarvis commented: “We changed things round quite a bit, played different formations and tried different players out. That’s what we are looking for - having different options.

"We want to be able to play different formations with different players during the season.

“We don’t want to be a team that plays one way.”
