IT WAS another convincing win for Slough's golden boy Ian Bailey.

The superbantam weight dominated his latest fight at Bethnal Green's York Hall on Saturday night against Ugandan John Gachero.

Right from the opening bell Bailey got straight to work - landing hefty body shots within the opening minute.

The 24 year old managed to keep his taller competitor at arms length throughout the second and third rounds and got his jab working effectively.

By the final round the body shots had clearly taken a toll on Gachero as the fresh faced Bailey continued to throw solid punches.

Referee Richie Davies scored the bout 40/36 - clearly winning all four rounds - and Ian ‘B52' Bailey looks set to have a promising future.
