HEAVY rainfall on Wednesday caused flash flooding across Slough.
Slough Borough Council warned Edinburgh Avenue, the Farnham Road area, Sheffield Avenue and Burnham Lane had all been affected with Edinburgh Avenue closed after two cars became stuck in the water, leaving firefighters to retrieve the vehicles.
Braemar Gardens, Cippenham, was also affected with raw sewage forced on to the road surface.
