The following cases were dealt with by East Berkshire's Magistrates' Courts between August 13 to 18.

BALJIT SINGH AUJLA, 54, of Belfast Avenue, Slough, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for theft of medication to the value of £160.44 belonging to Boots, in High Street, Slough, on July 29. 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

HAYLEY GORDON, 26, of Anslow Place, Slough, was fined £115 for possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, in Slough, on March 18, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JAMIE DALE GORDON, 20, of Anslow Place, Slough, was fined £75 for possession of a Class B drug, namely 0.5g of ketamine, in Slough, on March 18, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SAMIR RAJA KHAN, 26, of Salisbury Avenue, Slough, was fined £150 and banned from driving for 12 months for drink driving in Farnham Road, Slough, on August 2, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

DANIEL LOURANCO LEITAO, 20, of no fixed abode, was fined £60 for possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, in Maidenhead, on July 30, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs and £180 criminal courts charge.

DEREK CHARLES PETTY, 51, of Ledgers Road, Slough, was fined £37 for being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Chalvey Road West, Slough, on July 27, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

JAMES LUCIANO DEANS, 26, of Albany Road, Old Windsor, was fined £300 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Windsor, on August 1, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

PHILIP KEARSEY, 25, of Blackemere Road, Maidenhead, was fined £100 for using a motor vehicle in a public place without third party insurance, in Oldfield Road, Maidenhead, on July 28, 2015. He was also fined £235 for failing to provide a specimen for analysis in Oldfield Road, Maidenhead, on July 28, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

DEAN POOLE, 27, of Elmcroft Drive, Ashford, was fined £240 and ordered to pay £200 compensation for assault by beating at Langley Service Station, in Parlaunt Road, Slough, on July 25, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £24 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

AGROM UKE RADA, 33, of Aldin Avenue South, Slough, was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £5,000 compensation for damaging 10 gaming machines, to the value of approximately £6,000, belonging to Shoppers Pride, in Slough, on July 31, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and £180 criminal courts charge.

JERMAYN JOSE DUHANEY, 30, of Beresford Avenue, Slough, committed to prison for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £149 compensation for the theft of a Polaroid television, to the value of £149, belonging to ASDA, in Telford Drive, Slough, on May 19, 2015.

He was also ordered to pay £180 criminal courts charge. He was also committed to prison for 12 weeks, to be served concurrently, for the theft of two pairs of jeans, to the value of £32, belonging to Matalan, in Slough, on June 19, 2015.

He was also committed to prison for 12 weeks, to be served concurrently, for the theft of two bottles of fragrance, to the value of £40, belonging to Boots, in Slough, on January 9, 2015.

He was also committed to prison for 12 weeks, to be served concurrently, and pay £399.99 compensation for the theft of two pairs of Braun hair clippers, to the value of £399,99, belonging to Boots, in Slough, on August 12, 2015.

He was also committed to prison for 12 weeks, to be served concurrently, for the theft of a pair of trainers, to the value of £24.99, belonging to TK Maxx, in The Observatory, High Street, Slough. A prison sentence of 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, imposed on June 1, 2015, for the theft of clothing, to the value of £59.95, belonging to H&M, in Queensmere Shopping Centre, High Street, Slough, on May 30, 2015, was also implemented as a 11 weeks prison sentence to run consecutively meaning a total prison sentence length of 23 weeks.

BILLY RAY FOGARTY, 18, of Arborfield Close, Slough, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Windsor Road, Slough, on July 3, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.

Matthew Leigh FOGG, 41, of Whurley Way, Maidenhead, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Whurley Way, Maidenhead, on June 21, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £150 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal court charge. He was also discharged conditionally for 12 months for a second charge of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty, at Maidenhead Police Station, in Bridge Road.

JODIE KIM KINGSTON, 30, Suffolk Road, Maidenhead, was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for the theft of a Stanley fatmax drill, to the value of £129.99, belonging to Homebase, in Maidenhead, on June 18, 2015. She was also ordered to pay £129.99 compensation.

She was also committed to prison for four weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months, for failure without reasonable excuse to surrender custody at Reading Magistrates’ Court, on August 7, 2015.

She was also committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months, for the theft of 12 bottles of wine, to the value of £108.60, belonging to Esso, in Shoppenhangers Road, Maidenhead, on July 16, 2015.

She was also committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent, suspended for 12 months, for the theft of alcohol and meat, to the value of £116, belonging to Co-Op, in Maidenhead on August 14, 2015.

BALRAJ SINGH LALLY, 21, of Whitby Road, Slough, was ordered to follow a curfew for 15 weeks for assault in Cippenham Lane, Slough, on April 18, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £150 costs and £150 criminal courts charge. The curfew also applies to two counts of common assault in Cippenham Lane, Slough, on April 18, 2015, for which he was also ordered to pay £100 compensation each to two further victims.

ANDREW PETRACHE, 41, of Chalvey Road West, Slough, was committed to prison for 12 weeks, for the theft of two T-shirts and a pair of shoes, to the value of £65.97, belonging to TK Maxx, in High Street, Slough, on May 14, 2015. He was also committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent for the theft of sportswear, to the value of £54.98, belonging to Sports Direct, in Maidenhead, on July 27, 2015. He was also committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent for the theft of chocolate, to the value of £19.60, belonging to Tesco, in Brunel Way, Slough, on August 4, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge. He was given three sentences of committal to prision for 12 weeks concurrent for three original offences, all of theft, for which community orders were imposed.

ALI ABDIRIZAK, 50, of Kenilworth Gardens, Hayes, was fined £50 for being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Herschel Street, Slough, on July 12, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge.

ADAM ROBERT GAREPPO, 20, of Vermont Road, Slough, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £50 compensation for assault in William Street, Windsor, on July 11, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge. He was also fined £300 and pay £150 compensation to three further victims for a three further counts of assault all in William Street, Windsor, and all on July 11, 2015.

CAROLINE SHARON STAFFORD, 37, of Park Corner, Windsor, was discharged conditionally for 24 months for possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, in Highfield Road, Windsor, on May 14, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £180 criminal courts charge. He was also discharged conditionally for 24 months for assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty at Wexham Park Hospital, in Wexham Street, Slough, on May 14, 2015. He was also discharged conditionally for 24 months and pay £200 compensation for criminal damage to the value of at least £200 in Highfield Road, Windsor, on May 14, 2015.
