A CONSERVATIVE club ran a free community celebration event where more than 200 people gathered.
Slough Conservatives hosted the event, which brought together men, women and children at the Pakistani Welfare Association (PWA), Darvills Lane, Chalvey. on Sunday.
Slough Conservative Association used the event to mark the opening of an office at the PWA Centre.
Cllr Dexter Smith, chairman of Slough Conservatives said: “We had a glorious evening with great entertainment and a delicious meal; we hope our office at the PWA Centre will not only do normal casework, but bring real benefits, adding value in working with all communities in central Slough.”
The event was organised in association with the Berkshire Muslim Society.
