A POWER-HOUSE estate agents in Berkshire has announced its merging with two separate entities this week, to further strengthen its name.

Romans Group, which has bases in Windsor, Slough, Burnham, Maidenhead and more, has this week merged with both Campsie and Gregory & Company.

Romans Group -– a diverse and multi-award winning property services company -– has taken hold of the two companies, with a view to expanding its branch on a regional basis.

On September 21, Gregory & Company signed with the Windsor-based estate and lettings agency with the Romans Group, in order to provide its loyal customers with increased levels of customer service.

And, fFrom October 5, Campsie Windsor will be fully-incorporated into the Romans Windsor branch on Clarence Road.

Business continues as normal from the Staines-upon-Thames and West Drayton offices, while the branches are upgraded to the familiar and customer focused offices seen across the Romans Group.

Sam Morton, lettings manager at Romans Windsor said: “Welcoming Gregory & Company to Romans is a very exciting step for the team and I, especially following the recent acquisition of Campsie.

"We’re looking forward to meeting Gregory’s and Campsie’s existing clients.”

Shane Spiers, chief executive of Orchard & Shipman Group, Campsie’s current owner, said: “Campsie has been established for over 40 years, so when the time came to sell it was vital we found an agency with the same core values and high standards our customers and team have become accustomed to receiving."

Gregory Mealing, founder of Gregory & Company, said: “Choosing to make this move was not an easy decision to make but after a lot of thought and thorough research it was clear to me that Romans was the best choice for my agency.”

Established in 1987, Romans now has 25 sales and lettings branches across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire and Surrey. Its ambitious growth plans have led to several other exciting acquisitions in the local area.
