CCTV images have been released as part of a sexual assault investigation in which a man bit a woman's lip.

At around 3.50pm on Monday last week, a 19-year-old woman was in the Queensmere Shopping Centre, Slough, when a man she did not know began to talk to her.

The man then followed her from the shopping centre and across the Tesco footbridge.

When the victim and the man were on the second level, he tried to kiss her, pulled her towards him and bit her lip. The 19-year-old attempted to get away from him, but was unable before the attacker then ran down the stairs towards Slough railway station.

Investigating officer PC Christopher Fry, from Slough police station, said: “I would like to speak to the man in the CCTV image as he may have information which could help with my enquiries.

“I would also like to speak to anyone who was shopping in Queensmere Shopping Centre or Tesco at the time of the offence.”

If you recognise the man shown in the CCTV, call PC Fry on 101 quoting reference 43150275757.
