FIRST buses has increased the frequency of its Sunday services on its X74 Slough to High Wycombe route from the weekend just past.
Sunday journeys on the service, which calls at Farnham Common and Loudwater, will now operate on an hourly basis between 8am and 4.50pm from Slough with the return journeys from High Wycombe running an hour later.
Simon Goff, general manager of First Berkshire, said: “Service X74 is one of our most popular routes, connecting two key towns in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
“We currently operate half hourly journeys from Mondays to Saturdays, so increasing the Sunday services will offer our customers improved opportunities to travel between these two popular shopping towns, especially now in the run-up to Christmas.”
