The following cases were dealt with by East Berkshire's Magistrates' Courts between January 18 and 22:

RYAN THOMAS BRENNAN, 30, of Straight Road, Old Windsor, was fined £325 for drink driving in Windsor Road, Egham on August 30, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £33 victim surcharge and disqualified from driving for 40 months. He was also fined £300 for driving without insurance in Windsor Road, Egham on August 30, 2015. He was also fined £100 for failing to stop in Windsor Road, Egham on August 30, 2015.

PHILIP GRAHAME HARPIN, 27, of Harrow Road, Slough, was given a community order for stealing food items to the value of £50 from BP Brands Hill in London Road, Slough on December 16, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £50 compensation. He was also given a community order for stealing meat to the value of £239 from The Co-Op in Trelawney Avenue, Slough on December 7, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £239 compensation. He was given another community order for stealing chocolate to the value of £25 from The Co-Op in Trelawney Avenue, Slough on December 7, 2015. He was ordered to pay £25 compensation.

ESFAKUL AMIN, 26, of Caledonian Road, Islington, was committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for drink driving in Dolphin Road, Slough on November 8, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 48 months. He was also committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for driving whilst disqualified in Dolphin Road, Slough on November 8, 2015. He was given no separate penalty for obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty in Maidenhead on November 8, 2015.

MATHEW GEORGE ELLIS, 21, of Lismore Park, Slough, was fined £100 for using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of/provoke unlawful violence in Nicholson’s Walk, Maidenhead on October 25, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MATTHEW GERALD JONES, 46, of Stevenage Road, Walkern, Hertfordshire, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for assault in Slough on October 23, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £150 compensation, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JOSEPH KIMERA, 25, of Longships Way, Reading, was fined £200 for failing to provide a specimen for analysis for a breath test in Windsor on December 20, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 16 months.

TINA GERHARDT, 44, of Bridge Street, Maidenhead, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress at The Bell Hotel in King Street, Maidenhead, on December 19, 2015. She was also discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a constable in the execution of his/her duty at The Bell Hotel in King Street, Maidenhead on December 19, 2015. She was also discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a constable in the execution of his/her duty at The Bell Hotel in King Street, Maidenhead on December 19, 2015 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

RAYMOND JOHN CALDER, 42, of Humber Way, Slough, was fined £20 for stealing a joint of lamb to the value of £18.12 belonging to Sainsbury’s in Slough on October 16, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £60 costs.

LUKE PETER SHERRINGTON, 31, of Powis Close, Maidenhead, was discharged conditionally for two years for stealing an electric shaver to the value of £284.99 from Boots in High Street, Maidenhead on October 24, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

OLUSEYI BILLY ADEBUSOYE, 44, of Maryside, Slough, was fined £600 for drink driving in Norfolk Road, Maidenhead on December 20, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 36 months.

JAMES WATERS, 29, of Windermere Way, Slough, was committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing bank cards in Slough on October 8, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

PHILIP ANDREW DAVIES, 45, of Masefield Gardens, Crowthorne, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing two bottles of alcohol to the value of £56 belonging to Waitrose in Maidenhead on December 29, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

DACJN DELER, 28, of Badgers Close, Hayes, was fined £300 for drink driving in Burnham Lane, Slough on January 1, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 19 months.

CHARLIE GEORGE ENGLISH, 22, of Borderside, Slough, was discharged conditionally for 15 months for possessing cannabis in Roebuck Green, Slough on August 4, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ANTHONY FRANK MCDONAGH, 21, of Glentworth Place, Slough, was fined £200 for assaulting a constable in the execution of his/her duty in Slough on January 1, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also fined £100 for using threatening/abusive words/behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment/alarm/distress at The Three Tuns in Bath Road, Slough on January 1, 2016.
