The following cases were dealt with by East Berkshire's Magistrates' Courts between February 1 and 5:

DARREN STEVEN ANDERSON, 35, of Milton Road, Slough, was fined £300 for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Maidenhead on January 21, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

SANJAY GURUNG, 27, of Dean Street, Swindon, was fined £300 for drink driving on the M4 motorway in Maidenhead on January 21, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

TANVEER MEHMOOD, 30, of Alexandra Road, Slough, was fined £250 for driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs in Farnham Road, Slough on December 13, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 16 months.

SIMON JAMES WHEELER, 42, of Waylands, Wraysbury, was fined £300 for drink driving on the Windsor and Eton Relief Road on January 19, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

JAMES FRANCIS LYNCH, 42, of Odencroft Road, Slough, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for the criminal damage of a car to the value of £100 in Slough on December 20, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MICHAEL STEPHEN BELCHER, 25, of no fixed abode, was given a community order for burglary and stealing bottles of alcohol to the value of £146.05 from Gala Bingo in Slough on November 8, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £515 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.

AARON NEIL LODERICK, 26, of no fixed abode, was given a community order for assaulting a constable in the execution of his/her duty at Tesco in Wellington Street, Slough on December 7, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge. He was also given a community order for assaulting another constable in the execution of his/her duty, and a community order for racially/religiously aggravated intentional harassment/alarm/distress, both at Tesco in Wellington Street, Slough on December 7, 2015.

SAMIR FILALI, 26, of The Foyer, Stoke Road, was discharged conditionally for two years for burglary and stealing bottles of alcohol to the value of £146.05 from Gala Bingo in Slough on November 8, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £515 compensation and £15 victim surcharge.

EVA PAVON CALLEJON, 46, of St Lukes Road, Maidenhead, was given a community order for stealing toys to the value if £48.96 from Sainsbury's in Maidenhead on December 16, 2015. She was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Michal ROSZAK, 34, of Montrose Avenue, Slough, was fined £300 for driving whilst disqualified in Farnham Road, Slough on November 27, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for six months.

MARVIN CAGAYAT, 25, of Lansdowne Avenue, Slough, was fined £300 for drink driving in Bath Road, Slough on January 16, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

DANIEL JOHN DENNIS HADLEY, 32, of Grenfell Road, Maidenhead, was fined £80 for stealing two Chanel perfumes to the value of £145 from Boots in Maidenhead on July 17, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £145 compensation and £20 victim surcharge.

FAYCAN MAHMOUDI, 43, of Mill Street, Slough, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for fraud after scanning the barcode of a cucumber in place of the actual barcode of items in the shopping basket to make a gain of £13.45 in Slough on January 16, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

DAWINDER MULTANI, 28, of Paxton Avenue, Slough, was fined £200 for driving with a proportion of cannabis in his system above the specified limit in Herschel Street, Slough on December 9, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and his driving record was endorsed with 10 points.

JAMES NICOLAS EDWARD STUCHFIELD, 19, of Compass Close, Oxford, was fined £120 for drink driving in Spring Lane, Cookham on December 26, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months.

BARTOSZ JAKUB FONFARA, 30, of Beaumont Road, Slough, was fined £85 for criminal damage to the roof of a car in Slough on November 26, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £600 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.

DAVID KENNETH SIMPSON, 42, of Colenorton Crescent, Eton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for being drunk and disorderly in Peascod Street, Windsor on December 17, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

MANMOHAN VIRDI, 60, of Winchester Close, Colnbrook, was fined £220 for failing to notify Slough Borough Council of a change in circumstances which would affect his entitlement to council tax benefit between December 13, 2010 and April 1, 2013. He was also ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also fined £220 for failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances which would affect his entitlement to employment support allowance between May 1, 2015 and May 22, 2013. He was also fined £220 for dishonestly making a statement to Slough Borough Council with a view to obtaining council tax benefit on April 24, 2012.

SUSAN RAMALLO, 48, of Hedsor Park, Taplow, was fined £55 for driving while using a mobile phone in Windsor Road, Maidenhead on February 18, 2015. She was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and her driving record was endorsed with three points. She was also fined £55 for driving a vehicle with out a licence in Windsor Road, Maidenhead on February 18, 2015.
