Firefighters were called out to two bonfires that got out of control yesterday evening.
A crew from Slough went to an address in the town at 7pm after a bonfire that was burning rubbish set fire to a small tree.
A few miles away two fire engines from Maidenhead went to Ellington Park at 8.40pm when a bonfire spread to surrounding fences and trees. They were there for half an hour.
Firefighters are warning people to think carefully before starting bonfires in hot, dry weather.
