The following cases were heard at Berkshire's magistrates' courts from April 25 to April 29.

HENRY JOHN CARTER, 34, of Stoke Road, Slough, was fined £125 for using threatening/abusive words/behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Maidenhead on March 24, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

WIESLAW KWIATKOWSKI, 55, of no fixed abode, was ordered to pay £16 compensation for stealing a bottle of champagne to the value of £16 belonging to Marks and Spencer in High Street, Slough on April 24, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £16 compensation for stealing a bottle of champagne to the value of £16 belonging to Marks and Spencer in High Street, Slough on April 24, 2016, and £32 compensation for stealing two bottles of champagne to the value of £32 belonging to Marks and Spencer in High Street, Slough on April 23, 2016.

MUSTAPHA GHULAM SHABBIR, 38, of Kirkwall Spur, Slough, was committed to prison for four weeks for stealing a Michael Kors handbag containing a wallet and credit cards, to unknown value, from a Ford Transit van in Farnham Road, Slough on April 23, 2016. He was ordered to pay £150 victim surcharge. He was also committed to prison for four weeks concurrently for committing fraud by making a transaction on a stolen credit card to the value of £28.99 at Polski Sklep in Farnham Road, Slough on April 23, 2016. He was also given a suspended sentence of nine weeks imprisonment consecutively, suspended for 24 months, for breach of a suspended sentence order made on December 17, 2015, and a suspended sentence of nine weeks imprisonment concurrent, suspended for 24 months, for breach of a suspended sentence order made on December 17, 2015.

JUGRAJ SINGH, 32, of Lady Margaret Road, Southall, was fined £250 for drink driving in Long Furlong Drive, Slough, on March 11, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for three years.

FIONA ESLA MARTINES, 30, of Alburgh Close, Bedford, was given three separate community orders for driving while under the influence of three different drugs in Northborough Road, Slough, on January 1, 2016. She was ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months. She was also given a community order for possession of cannabis in Maidenhead on January 1, 2016.

ANTHONY MURRAY, 28, of Pemberton Road, Slough, was fined £120 for drink driving in Elmshott Lane, Slough on February 18, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JUSTIN ELLIOTT ARMSTRONG, 40, of Elton Avenue, Greenford, Middlesex, was fined £135 for drug driving in Bath Road, Slough on February 13, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

RUBINA BABAJAN, 43, of Dorchester Way, Hayes, was ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and costs of £1,300 for being the parent of a child of compulsory school age who failed to regularly attend a school, namely Churchmead School in Datchet. She was also fined £100 for breaching a conditional discharge made on October 24, 2013.

LIAM KURT ANDREWS, 18, of Gardner Road, Maidenhead, was committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, for arson which caused damage to a children's playground to the value of £2,732.82, belonging to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in Maidenhead on August 23, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £1,366,41 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

SAMANTHA O'GRADY, 41, of Monksfield Way, Slough, was committed to prison for two weeks concurrent for stealing a trolley to unknown value, not less than £29.99, belonging to TK Maxx in Taplow on October 12, 2015. She was also committed to prison for two weeks concurrent for stealing six suitcases to unknown value belonging to TK Maxx in Taplow between October 13 and October 16, 2015, and committed to prison for two weeks concurrent for stealing four Gucci throws to the value of £799.96 belonging to Homesense in Taplow on October 17, 2015. She was also committed to prison for four weeks consecutively for stealing meats to the value of £37.10 belonging to Sainsbury's in Farnham Road, Slough on April 25, 2016. She was ordered to pay £37.10 compensation and £42.90 victim surcharge.

TENZING SHERPA, 26, of Stoke Road, Slough, was given a community order for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Slough on March 24, 2016. He was ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge. She was also given a community order for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was religiously aggravated.

BARRY DANIEL DUNBAR, 24, of Moreland Close, Colnbrook, was fined £150 for stealing a hair clipper to the value of £49.99 belonging to Boots in Peascod Street, Windsor on March 25, 2016. He was ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

JOSEPH JOHN LOWRIE, 35, of Trundleys Road, London, was fined £330 for assault by beating at the Harte and Garter Hotel in High Street, Windsor on March 27, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £200 compensation, £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MUHAMMAD SAJID HAMEED, 40, of Farnham Road, Slough, was fined £80 for speeding in Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common on July 16, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and his driving record was endorsed with six points.

SASHA BIANCA MATINIS, 21, of Whittaker Road, Slough, was discharged conditionally for six months for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Slough on February 4, 2016. She was also ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

CHRISTOPHER NEWELL, 39, of Bristol Close, Stanwell, was fined £290 for failing to provide a specimen for analysis when having been required to when suspected of driving a vehicle at Maidenhead Police Station in Bridge Road, Maidenhead on March 28, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £29 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
