These cases were heard at East Berkshire's magistrates courts between May 2 to May 6. 

JAMES DOUGLAS WALKER, 23, of Queensway, Maidenhead, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and given a community order for stealing food items to the value of £25-£30 belonging to the Co-Operative in Maidenhead on December 30, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £20 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £20 costs.

PAUL WILLIAM GREGSON, 21, of Woodford Way, Slough, was fined £75 for being drunk and disorderly in a public place in King Street, Maidenhead on April 2, 2016. He was ordered to pay £85 costs. He was also fined £75 for breaching a suspended sentence order made on February 17, 2016.

VARINDER SINGH, 36, of Bath Road, Slough, was fined £300 for failing to provide a specimen for analysis when suspected of committing an offence while driving a vehicle in Maidenhead on April 1, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

MATEUSZ PIOTR PIENKOS, 24, of Lake Avenue, Slough, was committed to six weeks imprisonment concurrent for causing harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress in Slough on March 16, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge for possession of cannabis at Tesco in Wellington Street, Slough on March 16, 2016.

RUSSELL LOWN, 41, of Play Green Way, Bellingham, London, was committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 18 months, for racially/religiously aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Stoke Poges Lane, Slough on March 10, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £300 compensation.

AMAR HUSSAIN, 23, of Sumburgh Way, Slough, was sentenced to 20 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 12 months, for failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on February 8, 2016.

KEVIN YOUNG, 40, of Wordsworth Road, Slough, was fined £50 for failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on February 29, 2016. He w also ordered to pay £40 costs.

KERRIE CAWSEY, 38, of Palmer Crescent, Ottershaw, Surrey, was given a community order for driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs in Windsor Road, Datchet on September 15, 2015. He was ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for two years. He was also given a community order for possession of heroin at Wexham Park Hospital in Slough on September 15, 2015, and a community order for failing to answer bail at Slough Magistrates Court on February 23, 2016.

KELVIN MBUGUA, 32, of Bromley Court, Slough, was committed to prison for four weeks for stealing clothes and alcohol to the value of £202 belonging to Marks and Spencer in Slough on April 20, 2016. He was also committed to prison for four weeks concurrent for stealing fragrance to the value of £105 belonging to Boots in Slough on November 9, 2015. He was also given a suspended sentence of 12 weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, for breaching a suspended sentence order made on March 22, 2016, and four weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, for breaching a suspended sentence order made on March 22, 2016. He was also given a suspended sentence of four weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, for breaching a suspended sentence order made on March 23, 2016, and a suspended sentence of four weeks imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, for breaching a suspended sentence order made on March 23, 2016.

ALEXANDER BERNARD BUCKLEY, 24, of Larchfield Road, Maidenhead, was given a community order for stealing Coco Chanel perfume to the value of £90 belonging to Boots in High Street, Maidenhead on September 3, 2015. He was also ordered to pay £90 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MICHAEL JOHN BRITT, 46, of Furnival Avenue, Slough, was fined £75 for stealing meat to the value of £20 from Marks and Spencer in Slough on January 6, 2016. He was ordered to pay £20 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also fined £50 for stealing meat to the value of £12.07 belonging to Marks and Spencer in Slough on March 13, 2016.

TADEUSZ DABKOWSKI, 59, of Boyn Hill Road, Maidenhead, was given a community order for drink driving in All Saints Avenue, Maidenhead on March 21, 2015. He was ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for two years. He was also given a community order for failing to answer bail at Slough Magistrates Court on December 7, 2015.

DEAN RAMOND ORLANDO ISERNIA, 33, of Greystoke Road, Slough, was committed to 12 weeks imprisonment consecutively for threatening a witness/juror in Maidenhead on May 3, 2016. He was also ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

LUKASZ DUTKIEWICZ, 23, of Beaumont Road, Slough, was given a community order for stealing two bluetooth headsets and a can of cola to the value of £12.27 belonging to Lidl in Farnham Road, Slough on March 2, 2016. He was ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs, and was given another community order for failing to answer bail at Slough on March 21, 2016. He was also given a community order for possession of amphetamine in Stafford Avenue, Slough on March 15, 2016, and a community order for failing to answer bail at Slough Police Station on April 4, 2016. He was given further community orders for stealing a pair of trainers to the value of £59.99 belonging to TK Maxx in The Observatory, High Street, Slough on April 17, 2016, for breaking a conditional discharge order made on September 21, 2015, and for breaking a conditional discharge order made on November 27, 2015.

LAURA SIOBHAN MASON, 37, of Trelawney Avenue, Slough, was given a community order for stealing meat to the value of £101.68 belonging to the Co-Operative in Slough on December 16, 2015. She was also given community orders for attempting to steal meat to the value of £12.44 belonging to the Co-Operative in Slough on December 16, 2015, for stealing meat to unknown value belonging to Iceland in Slough on April 1, 2016, and for stealing meat to the value of £34 belonging to Iceland in Slough on April 2, 2016.
