A man was punched to the ground last week in the middle of the day at Willoughby Road, Langley.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident which took place on Tuesday, August 9 just after noon.

The victim was a man in his thirties and the attacker then made off in the direction of nearby Thames Road. He may have got into a small white vehicle.

The victim hurt his foot and leg but did not require hospital treatment.

The attacker is described as approximately 5ft 7ins, between 25 to 35-years-old, of medium build with light brown skin and short black hair.

Detective Sergeant Jenny O’Neill, of Slough CID, said: “As part of our ongoing investigation, we have carried out house to house inquiries. However, we are very keen to hear from anyone else who may have information.

“The incident happened during daylight in a residential street which may have attracted some passing attention.”
