DECKING and wooden furniture were destroyed by a fire on the roof of a flat in Slough town centre.
Firefighters from Slough fire station tackled the blaze in High Street at around 11.30pm last night.
They were there for around two hours and firefighters described it as "a well-developed fire".
The fire is not being treated as suspicious, but the cause is unknown.
The flat roof was 100 per cent damaged by fire and there was smoke and heat damage to the neighbouring second floor office.
Two pumps from Slough fire station attended, using ladders and main jets to tackle the fire and also cleared the smoke from the affected office building.
