ARMED robbers carrying a sword and a handgun raided Gala Bingo in Slough on Tuesday.
Just as the bingo hall in Bath Road was closing at around 9.10pm, two men entered the building and demanded money from the reception desk.
The men emptied the contents of a cash tray into a bag they were carrying and left the scene in a grey Saab car.
Police believe one of the men was carrying a sword or baton and the other was carrying a handgun.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Pete Clarke of Maidenhead Force CID, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident, or who may have any information about it.
“Anyone who thinks that they may know the offenders, or who recognises the description of them should get in touch.”
The first man was wearing a dark coloured hooded top, dark face coverings, trainers and was carrying a black and white bag.
The second man was wearing a dark coloured hooded top with the hood up, dark face coverings or a balaclava, white trainers and dark trousers.
No one is believed to have been hurt in the incident.
