Police have renewed their appeal for public help following the release from bail of a boy previously arrested in connection with a sexual assault on two six-year-old girls at Legoland.

No further action is planned against him.

The offence happened at Castaway Camp in Pirate Shores at Legoland between about 12.15pm and 12.30pm on Thursday, August 11.

The offender, who is not known to the victims, was a white man in his teens or early twenties, possibly under 5ft 8ins. He was wearing dark-coloured slim fitting trousers, a dark-coloured T-shirt and trainers.

Investigating officer, Det Chief Insp Andy Howard of the Child Abuse Investigation Unit, said: “We continue to appeal for the public’s help to find the person responsible for this offence.

“We have re-issued an E-fit of the person we are looking for and would encourage anyone who has information and has not yet come forward to call Thames Valley Police on 101 and quote reference number 705 (12/08) or email OperationLoyal@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk Anyone who does not want to speak directly to the police can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
