A delivery driver has been robbed at knifepoint in Mansion Lane, Iver.

The 23-year-old had stopped on the roadside to make a delivery on Monday at about 11.40am, when he was approached by two men wielding knives who forced the driver to unlock the rear of the vehicle.

A third roibber - believed to be a child - grabbed parcels from the delivery van before they all made off at speed in a 07 plate black people carrier, Vauxhall or Ford towards Langley Park Road.

The first offender is described as a white man in his 30s, approximately 6ft tall and of a large build. He spoke with an Irish accent, wore a black hooded top, light coloured tracksuit trouser, latex blue gloves and was holding a knife.

The second offender is also a white man, in his 30s, approximately 6ft tall of a large build. He spoke with an Irish accent, wore grey trainers and was also wearing latex blue gloves and holding a knife.

The third offender is a white boy, around 13-years-old, approximately 4ft 5ins tall, of a skinny build. His hair was swept back on top and shorter at the sides. He wore a tight blue denim jeans, white t-shirt and dark trainers.

Around six parcels were stolen from the delivery van.

Investigating officer, DC Justine Haw, based at Aylesbury CID said: “I would ask anyone who may have witnessed this incident or noticed anyone around the area at the time of the offence acting suspicious, to come forward if they have any information.

“Anyone who recognises the description of the three men should get in touch via the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101 quoting reference number 43170178669.”
