Colnbrook's Residents' Fun Day begins on Saturday with a display of photographs and artefacts in the United Reformed Church, High Street, showing what life was like in the village in past times. It begins at 10am.
Entertainment in St Thomas Church, Vicarage Way, follows at 1.30pm with children's entertainer Fred the Dustman, balancing, juggling and a circus workshop.
This will be followed by a garden party where the duo Parallel Lines will perform.
Barn dancing in the Village Hall in the evening and rock and roll at the George pub will round off the day.
Numbers are limited for the barn dance, so check for ticket availability.
Villagers  across Colnbrook have agreed to open their homes up to neighbours for coffee mornings to add to the general sociability of the day.
The day may help the village overcome the disappointment over the cancellation of this year's Apple Fair because of a lack of volunteers.
