A GROUP of teenagers stabbed a boy in the chest and repeatedly punched him after chasing him down at a petrol station.

The victim, aged 16, was set upon by the three males last Thursday, August 10, at the Shell petrol station in Clarence Road, near Dedworth Road, Windsor.

It took place between 11 and 11.15pm, Thames Valley Police (TVP) said, and one of the offenders is believed to be as young as 13.

The victim suffered a stab wound to the chest and a facial injury during the vicious attack, which is being investigated as a serious assault, or grievous bodily harm.

Investigating officer Detective Constable James Rocks, based at Maidenhead police station, said: “This incident has left the victim sustaining a stab wound and requiring hospital treatment.

“I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident, or who has any information relating to it.

“If you have any details which you think could help our investigation, I would ask that you call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number on 101.”

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been discharged, TVP confirmed. It does not appear he was in a critical condition.

The first offender is white, aged about 18 and around 6ft tall. He has long curly blond hair.

The second is also white, aged about 14 and around 5ft 8ins tall. He has blond hair and was wearing a white t-shirt.

The third is white, aged about 13 or 14. He is about 5ft 8ins tall and is of athletic build, TVP added. He has curly brown hair and was wearing dark blue jeans.

The three left the scene in a dirty black or dark coloured five door car. A fourth person, not involved in the assault, is believed to have been in the vehicle.
