POLICE have closed off a property following several arrests for drug dealing and reports of antisocial behaviour.
Thames Valley Police (TVP) said it had obtained a closure order for 23 School Lane, Slough on Tuesday. The order was granted at Reading Magistrates' Court and prevents anyone from entering the property.
A TVP spokesperson said: "Officers applied for the closure following arrests of persons at the property on suspicion of possessing with intent to supply class A drugs.
"The order prevents access to the whole or part of the premise for a period of three months by anyone unless specified by the order."
Investigating officer PC Crossman, of the neighbourhood problem solving team, said: “This closure follows a number of arrests, and will prevent anyone from entering the property.
“We are committed to safeguarding residents and will do what is necessary to protect our communities from anti-social behaviour and crime.
“If you have any concerns about properties being used for criminal activity, please call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
