A DRIVER who was in a serious condition after his HGV was in collision with another lorry is now making a 'good recovery', police said this week.
The driver became trapped and seriously injured when the two HGVs collided on Wednesday, September 13 at around 3.30am.
The incident took place on the A319 between the Clappers Lane junctions in Chobham.
A Surrey Police spokesperson said: "The driver has been treated for his injuries and is making a good recovery."
The driver had been taken to St George's Hospital in London by ambulance following the crash.
The second HGV driver was uninjured.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call Surrey Police on 101 quoting reference number P17232359.
