The charge is in connection with an incident in Little Chapel Way, Slough
A MAN has been charged with engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
Thames Valley Police have charged Ionut Muntean, 32, of Eltham Avenue, Slough, last Friday, October 13, with one count of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child under the age of 13.
The charge is connection with an incident which happened on Thursday, October 12, at 3.15pm in Little Chapel's Way, Slough.
Muntean has been released on bail, and is due to appear at Slough Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 14.
