SAMANTHA JANE HENWOOD, 47, of Cumberland Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man. She received an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, due to her breaching a community order, which was also for assault. She is also required to attend regular appointments with a police officer. She was made to pay a £115 victim surcharge and costs of £85.

CHRISTOPHER THOMAS MCDONAGH, 39, of Kingswick Close, Ascot, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis to a police after being suspected of drink-driving, in addition to driving without due care and failing to surrender to Berkshire Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £230 for failure to provide a specimen, another £130 for careless driving, and £50 for failing to surrender, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. His total costs were £575. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

JAKE BRENT LEVITT, 26, of Huxtable Gardens, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man. He was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work. He was also required to pay compensation of £500 and a victim surcharge of £115.

KYLE BOYDE-MAYNARD, 25, of Harrow Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months. He was made to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

SAM FANEL, 33, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to burglary at a property in Colenorton Crescent, Eton Wick. He was fined £400, in addition to a £40 victim surcharge, and costs of £85.

RONALD THOMAS FARRELL, 60, of Stoke Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing 21 bars of chocolate from Boots in Windsor. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and was made to pay £85 in costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

GEORGE HARVEY JAMES, 19, of Knights Close, Windsor, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Victoria Street, Windsor. He was fined £154, in addition to £30 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

DANIEL STEVEN JOLLY, 27, of Walpole Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to nine counts of leaving petrol stations without paying for the fuel. He was fined a total of £334, in addition to £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months.

PAWEL KAZIMIERZ PYKOSZ, 37, of Bridgewater Court, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. He was fined £350, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

OLIVER GARY ROLLS, 26, of Holyport, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to actual bodily harm. He was given a 16-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, in addition to 240 hours of unpaid work. He was also made to pay £1,500 in compensation to his victim, a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

TIMOTHY WILLIAM SHARP, 42, of Australia Avenue, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink-driving and driving while disqualified. He was ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work, in addition to being disqualified from driving for three years. He was also made to pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MARCIN ZALEWSKI, 38, of Spackmans Way, Slough, pleaded guilty to using threatening language with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence. He was fined £280, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

MAJINDER SINGH HOTHI, 37, of Salt Hill Drive, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing a tray of butter from Exotic Superstore, Slough. He was jailed for two weeks, due to a long history of similar offences and committing the offence while under a suspended sentence. He was made to pay £115 victim surcharge.

CAMERON WAYNE LAWRENCE, 23, of Windermere Way, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was fined £80, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
