POLICE have released CCTV images of men who may have vital information in connection with an incident in which four men with weapons forced their way into a ground-floor flat.

The burglary happened in York Court, Maidenhead, on Sunday, July 23. The four armed men knocked on the door of their victim, a 30-year-old man, and forced entry in his home.

The men looked through the flat before leaving. They then attempted to enter another flat in the block, but were unable to break in.

Nothing was stolen in the burglary, and nobody was injured.

Detective constable Michele Green, of Maidenhead police station, said: “I am keen to speak to the men in these CCTV images, as they may have information which is vital to our investigation.

“If anyone recognises these men, or has any information relating to this offence, I would ask them to call the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number on 101 quoting reference 43170217885.”
