This week's ballot: Can making allegations against high-profile people in public - rather than through the courts - ever be justified?
For this week's ballot we're asking if it is justifiable to make serious allegations against individuals through the media rather than the courts - is it a good way for victims to recieve justice when it would be difficult to aquire by legal means, or does it risk fostering a 'trial by media' culture?
