Tobias William DRAPER, 36, of Spring Lane, Maidenhead, pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault and harassment, but was found guilty of all three charges. He was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, and was placed under a restraining order. He was also made to pay £620 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Eric Frank POVEY, 44, of Stoke Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of the sex offenders register. Povey was staying at another address, and failed to notify relevant persons that children also lived at this address. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with police, and was made to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85.

Sean ANTHONY BALE, 26, of Moreland Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to destroying a window and television, using violence to gain entry to a property, and assaulting a police constable. He was made to pay £350 in compensation, and placed under a community order in which he must receive treatment for alcohol dependence.

Samir TOUMI, 23, of Eton Close, Datchet, pleaded guilty to speeding and driving while under the influence of cannabis. He was fined £240, in addition to £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Kamaldeep SINGH BAL, 33, of The Parkway, Iver, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £400, in addition to £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Yaser IQBAL, 38, of Sawyers Close, Windsor, pleaded guilty to stealing an iPhone 6 smartphone. He was fined £100, and made to pay £100 in compensation to his victim.

Harmandeep SINGH, 26, of Arbourfield Close, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, in addition to paying costs of £85 and a £85 victim surcharge. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Kalraj BAINS, 53, of Long Readings Lane, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. She was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, due to the fact that she caused a road accident. She was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £115 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 30 months.

Nathan SAMUEL HAYNES, 20, of Moray Drive, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault. He was fined £80 for each offence, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Christopher Paul BARRETT, 67, of Birley Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to sending false messages to someone with the intent to cause annoyance or anxiety, using threatening or abusive language, and racially or religiously aggravated harassment towards a police officer. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer , and was also put under a restraining order. He was made to pay costs of £85 and a £85 victim surcharge.

Jermayn Jose DUHANEY, 32, of Beresford Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to assault and two counts of theft. Duhaney was found to have stolen electric razors worth £173 from Sainsburys, Slough, in addition to a set of Bluetooth speakers. He was given a 26 week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, due to a number of previous convictions. He was also placed under an eight week curfew, enforced by electronic tagging. He was made to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Gage GREENAWAY, 20, of Windermere Way, Slough, pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman, but was found guilty. He was jailed for 12 weeks, due to the attack being sustained and a child being present at the time of the attack. He was placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting the woman, and was made to pay £780 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.

Sameya NISA, 37, of Haymill Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. Nisa sent emails to a person she was forbidden to do so by the order. She was placed under a community order in which she must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.
