There are delays of up to 15 minutes on the M4 this morning
DELAYS have been reported due to snowfall on the M4 this morning (Monday).
Highways Enlgand has reported that some traffic delays are likely between Junction 4 and Junction 4A.
Normal traffic conditions are expected to resume between 8.45pm and 9pm.
Drivers should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
