Here is the Berkshire Magistrates' Court list from December 1-4:

AMAN KHAN, 24, of Distillery Walk, Brentford, was proved in his absence to have used a train at Slough station without holding a valid ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £3 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge, and £160 costs.

CHANTEL MASARA, 19, of Frogmore Avenue, Hayes, was proved in their absence to have bordered a Windsor train without holding a valid ticket. She was fined £220, in addition to £2.70 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge, and £160 costs.

BLAINE O’CONNOR MOYNIHAN, 19, of Frogmore Court, Maidenhead, was proved in his absence to have boarded a train in Slough, without holding a valid ticket. He was fined £440, in addition to £3.90 compensation, a £44 victim surcharge, and £160 costs.

GENENE DAVIES, of Parlaunt Road, Slough, was proved in her absence to have failed to ensure her child regularly attended school. She was fined £660, and made to pay costs of £272, in addition to a £66 victim surcharge.

JOSHUA REGINALD BELTON, 20, of Larchfield Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to the illegal possession of a stun gun and possession of cocaine. He was fined £250 for the possession of the stun gun, and £100 for the cocaine. He was also made to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.

HASSAN MAHMOOD, 22, of Faraday Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge. His cannabis was confiscated and destroyed.

JAKUB MICHAEL CHROMIAK, 27, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing a bike, going equipped for theft, and possession of cannabis. He was given a 18 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and was ordered to complete 180 hours of unpaid work. He was also made to pay a £115 victim surcharge, and £85 costs.

NELU TINEL LUPU, 21, of Woodland Avenue, Slough, for driving without insurance. He was fined £190, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

WAQAS RIAZ, 31, of Kent Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving an unlicensed vehicle. He was fined £350, and made to pay costs of £85.

HAROON MIR, 29, of Stranraer Gardens, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving whilst under the influence of cocaine. He was fined £400, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £40 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for three years.

SAQIB ZESHAM MIR, 28, of Northcroft, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and driving whilst disqualified. He was fined £120 and was ordered to complete 180 hours of unpaid work. He was also made to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

HAMAD FAHAD AL-AMERI, 31, of Church Lane, Wexham, plead guilty to possession of cannabis. He was fined £150, in addition costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge. The cannabis was forfeited and destroyed.

GILLIAN COX, 46, of Egerton Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £400, in addition to £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. ION FOLEANU, 41, of Staunton Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance. He was fined £250 for each offence, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 5 months.

MARK GILL, 28, of Severn Way, Darlington, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Windsor. He was fined £400, in addition to £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

O’BRIEL NYAMBAYO, 20, of Waltham Crescent, Nuneaton, pleaded guilty to assaulting a constable. He was made to pay compensation of £100, and discharged conditionally for 18 months. He was also made to pay £45 costs.

JENNETTE SMITH, 49, of Maplin Park, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. She was fined £400, and made to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

BECKY TOWNSEND, 23, of Ray Park Avenue, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. She was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, in addition to paying £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge. She was disqualified from driving for 24 months.
