Here is the list for Berkshire Magistrates' Court from January 10 - 12.

NEIL MICHAEL REDMOND, 28, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to criminal damage, breaking into a Slough home, and assault. He was made to pay compensation of £200, in addition to be placed in an alcohol treatment programme. He was also placed under a restraining order preventing him from going near his victim.

AMER MALIK, 48, of Windmill Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting women. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, in addition to being placed under a restraining order preventing him from going near his victims. He was also made to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

MICHAEL DAVID BRITT, 24, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to threatening and disorderly behaviour in Slough. He was fined £100, and made to pay £85 costs, and a victim surcharge of £30.

DAVID JAMES GIBBONS, 55, of Dedworth Road, Windsor, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly. He was fined £150, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

SUMAN GURUNG, 21, of Edward Street, Nuneaton, pleaded guilty to stealing moblie phones worth £4,034 belonging to Data Select in Slough. He was ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £2,000 compensation.

ALEXANDRU HUICU, 18, of Loddon Spur, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing clothing worth £399 belongoing to Superdry in Slough. He was fined £150, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

DYLAN DARREN MORRIS, 23, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to attempting to steal a bike in Windsor. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, and made to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

HAROONA NAZ, 25, of Australia Avenue, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to attempting to hack into secure data on a computer. She was fined £200, and made to pay £1,000 compensation.

IVAN ARIAN SAVAGE, 53, of New Road, Datchet, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. He was fined £300, in addition to costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge. He was also given six points on his licence.

TERENCE JAMES SMITH, 24, of Pemberton Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of cannabis.He was fined £200, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMIE LEE HOLLIER, 23, of Hampshire Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to boarding a train without paying for a ticket. She was fined £80, and made to pay costs of £80, and a victim surcharge of £30.She was also made to pay £4.20 compensation.

GARETH STEPHEN PETHER, 44, of Eight Acres, Burnham, Slough, pleaded guilty to breaking the speed limit while driving. He was fined £293, in addition to costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge. He was also given four points on his licence.

EDUARD STAN, 40, of Beechwood Road, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting women. He was jailed for nine weeks, suspended for 18 months, and was ordered to complete and accredited programme about building better relationships. He was also placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim, in addition to paying £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.

CRAIG STEPHEN BASFORD, 25, of Lincoln Road, Maidenhead, was proved in his absence to have boarded a train without paying for a ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs, a £30 victim surcharge, and £4.50 compensation.

MARUISZ BROZYNA, 34, of Spackman’s Way, Slough, was proved in his absence to have boarded a train without paying for a ticket. He was fined £300, in addition to £160 costs, and £3 compensation.

CHRISTOPHER BYRNE, 28, of Moreton Way, Slough, was proved in his absence to have boarded a train without paying for a ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs, a £30 victim surcharge, and £3.80 compensation.

JEROME CALLENDER, 24, of Cosedge Crescent, Croydon was proved in his absence to have boarded a train in Slough without paying for a ticket.He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs, a £30 victim surcharge, and £6.70 compensation.

TIKIA CONNOR, 24, of Baxter Close, Slough was proved in his absence to have boarded a train in Slough without paying for a ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs, a £30 victim surcharge, and £2.70 compensation.
