Police say they are concerned for the welfare of a pensioner who went missing this morning.

Edward Wilson, aged 80, went missing at around 11.50am today from Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common.

He is white, 5ft 8 to 5ft 9 ins tall, dark grey hair, wearing a dark brown rain jacket, khaki trousers and walks using a four-wheeled travel frame which has a seat.

He frequents Burnham and Slough, police say.

Investigating officer, PC Lee Jefferies of Local CID based at Taplow, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Edward as we are concerned for his welfare.

“If anyone sees him or someone matching his description we would ask them to call 101 quoting reference 671 18/02/18.”

The police appeal comes after a huge search ended for missing girl Bethany Willis, who was found safe this morning.
