The charge follows an arrest in Burnham in June 2016
A MAN has been charged with possession of explosive substances.
Anthony Holmes, aged 43, of The Fairway, Burnham, has been charged by Thames Valley Police with possession of cannabis, possession of cocaine, and four counts of 'possession of an explosive substance for unlawful purpose.'
This follows a warrant executed the police in Burnham on June 25, 2016, during which Holmes was arrested.
Holmes is due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
