TWO MEN have been charged with murder, following a fatal fight in a pub.
Charlie Joseph Ward, 35, of Eltham Avenue, Slough, and John Christopher Ward, 57, of Stoke Road, Slough, have been charged jointly with the murder of a 43-year-old man in the Earl of Cornwall Pub, Cippenham Lane, on Wednesday evening.
Police were called out to the pub at around 11.30pm to reports of a fight having broken out. The victim was rushed to hospital with serious injuries, but died soon after. Thames Valley Police are currently supporting the victim's family.
It has been locally reported that the victim is Jason Gardner, 43, of Cippenham.
The two men charged are to appear at Reading Magistrates Court today (Saturday)
