Glamour at the Royal Oak - in aid of new children's hospice
Glamorous clothes caught everyone’s eye and raised money for a new children’s hospice on Friday.
The venue for the fund raising fashion show was the Royal Oak pub in Paley Street - whose landlord Nick Parkinson is a patron of the Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice service charity, which is opening the hospice in Maidenhead in a few weeks.
Mr Parkinson’s dad - famed chat show host Sir Michael - is another patron of the charity.
The clothes and the models came from the Jigsaw fashion shop in Marlow thanks to manager Lexy Moriarty, who was there to watch her team turn the Michelin star pub restaurant area into a catwalk worthy of Paris.
The event raised almost £1,000.
