British Transport police are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a two-year-old girl on board a train between Paddington and Slough on July 12.
Shortly before 9.42pm, a man and woman boarded a Great Western train at Paddington station with a child in a pushchair.
When the child started to cry - close to Slough station - the man assaulted the child, leaving her with injuries to her face.
