KAMIL ROCHMALSKI, 28, of Telford Drive, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving a motorcycle without insurance. He was fined £100, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was given six points on his licence.

JORDAN BARNES, 22, of Bellswood Lane, Iver, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs. He was fined £80, and made to pay £85 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DANIEL ROBERT NEVILLE BARTLETT, 31, of Alpine Close, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Maidenhead. He was fined £300, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

RICARDO DOS SANTOS DA SILVA HOMEM, 44, of Thirlmere Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £400, and made to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

SIAN JOHNS, 24, Horton Road, Datchet, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a car, assaulting another woman, and admitted to breaching the terms of her conditional discharge. She was made to pay compensation for £290.

Kane EDWARD JONES, 23, of Ruddlesway, Windsor, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £175, in addition to £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

HAMZA MAWAZ, 22, of Braywick Road, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £333, in addition to £85 costs and a £33 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ZIVANAI MHIKE, 40, of Buckingham Drive, High Wycombe, pleaded guilty to fraud in Slough. Mhike abused his position as a nurse and carer for another person to purchase an iPod worth £199 for another person. He was ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and made to pay compensation of £200, as well as £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

MOHAMMED TARIQ, 28, of Myrtle Crescent, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs, driving without a licence, and driving without insurance. He was ordered to complete 120 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

RUTH TOTH IMEREGET, 36, of Kytes Drive, Watford, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breath sample for analysis after being ordered to do so at Maidenhead Police Station. He was fined £333, and made to pay £85 costs and a £33 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

HUMZA KHAN, 19, of Convent Way, Hounslow, pleaded guilty to assaulting another man in Tesco’s, Slough. He was ordered to complete 70 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £100 compensation, along with £85 costs.

STEPHEN AGGREY, 58, of Canterbury Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to the racially aggravated assault of a woman, and the racially aggravated harassment of another woman. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay £85 compensation to the woman he assaulted and £50 to the one he harassed. He was also made to pay £85 costs.

SHAKIR FENTON, 22, of Wellington Street, Slough, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified. He was ordered to carry out 70 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

Nicholas HAYDN THOMAS, 27, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft. He stole quantaties of aftershave and perfume worth £1032 and £725 from Boots in Windsor. He was jailed for two months as he was under a suspended sentence at the time of the thefts, and made to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

RACHEL APPLETON, 39, of Wintoun Path, Slough, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft.

She stole a quantaty of meat worth £63 from Iceland in Slough, and stole cosmetics worth £80 from B&M, also in Slough. She was discharged conditionally for 18 months, and made to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Dale MITCHELL, 26, Stuart Way, Windsor, pleaded not guilty to stealing £79 worth of toiletries and £356 worth of perfume and aftershave from a Boots in Bracknell, and possessing a knife in a public place, but was found guilty of all three charges. He was jailed for 13 weeks, and was made to pay a victim surcharge of £36 and £79 compensation for both charges of theft.
