The incident took place at about 1am on Saturday near Montem Ice Arena in Montem Lane.
Police say the victim had arranged to meet a man at the Metro bank in Farnham Road.
But the meeting went badly wrong when he turned up with another man. They walked to the ice arena and sat on a bench near to Montem Lane where the two men raped the helpless teenager.
The victim was hurt during the attack although her injuries are not serious.
