Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in a park in Slough.
The victim, in his thirties, is recovering in hospital with a broken jaw and facial injuries after a group of thugs attacked him with what is believed to be a bottle in Upton Court park on Friday night.
Det Con Ross Fleming, who is investigating the incident, said: 'Due to the nature of his injuries, the man has not yet been able to give detailed information about the assault. However, we believe the offenders were among a group of about 11 Asian males, one of whom was in a wheelchair.
'During subsequent inquiries, officers were told that people from this group may have harassed an elderly woman in a nearby street later that same evening.
'We are appealing for this lady, or anyone else with information about the incident, to come forward and assist with our investigation.'
The incident took place between 5.30pm and 5.45pm. Anyone with information can call police on 08458 505 505 or anonymously call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

This is not cool, its sick causing trouble with the elderly, especially women. They should put their heads down in shame as getting caught doing something like this will be the last thing they do before their parents and grandparents get assaulted at their funerals, they would not dare try this in front of real peepz.
