TWO unsightly, overgrown gardens at Wexham Park Hospital have been transformed thanks to some busy workers.
Staff at Airwave Solutions, an emergency services provider, have turned the garden areas into peaceful country courtyards.
The garden areas, used by staff and visitors to the training and development department, were in need of a complete overhaul so garden enthusiast Rupert Cazelet stepped in.
Rupert Cazelet, Airwave"s head of public affairs, along with seven brand and communication colleagues spent the day weeding, brushing down paving stones and re-planting.
Mr Cazelet said: 'Airwave is always pleased to support the local community. The team had a brilliant and it was great to be able to give something back to a hospital many of us use.'
A number of low-maintenance plants, such as, lavender, clematis, geraniums and fushias were planted to bring a touch of colour and fragrance to the gardens.
The team plans on returning in the autumn to plant more bulbs to blossom in the spring.
