A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital last night (Tuesday) after being involved in a collision with a people carrier.

Firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene in Church Lane, Wexham, at 10.30pm before the motorcyclist was taken to Wexham Park Hospital.

Pete Farmer, watch manager at Langley Fire Station, said: "The accident occurred in slippery conditions and the motorcyclist received some minor injuries.

"We spent about an hour at the scene but were not required to cut anyone free but rather ensure that the scene was safe."
