Arrests after Lilac Court burglary

TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of burglary after an incident at a sheltered housing complex.

The men aged 19 and 20 were arrested on Wednesday last week, in connection with the break-in at Lilac Court sheltered accommodation for the elderly in Rokesby Road, Slough.

After the incident between January 28 and 29, there was damage to a door and the carpet, food was left strewn around, food was eaten from the kitchen and a DVD player and speakers were stolen.

Both men have been bailed until February 22 pending further inquiries.
