Noisy neighbour silenced with ASBO

Comments (0) | Print | Email

AN INCONSIDERATE woman who made the lives of her neighbours a misery by constantly playing loud music has been slapped with an ASBO.

Heather Tong, 35, of Lovegrove Drive, was given a two year order banning her from making excessive noise in any property around her neighbourhood after residents had frequently complained to the council about her loudmouth behaviour which included outbursts of screaming and shouting.

Cllr James Swindlehurst, commissioner for neighbourhoods and renewal, said: "This irresponsible behaviour will not be tolerated, and everyone has the right to an undisturbed neighbourhood.

"Perpetrators need to realise they can't just go on causing disturbances, and this action should also give hope to anyone currently having problems that if reported, problems with a nuisance neighbour can be resolved."

Ms Tong was also given a two year conditional discharge and told to pay £75 towards the prosecution's costs following a hearing at Maidenhead Magistrates Court on February 19.

For over five years,, people,, not one neighbor from their previous address or lovegrove drive ever said anything about the noise but yet you can easily slag her off on some silly computer thing.. clearly that says more about you than her..

You can also easily judge about her life but i gurantee that you have more skeletons in your closet than her...

No one made the time of day for her but yet you sit here and slag her off...

And for your information, the abuse she gets off the streets because of things like these comments online have not only affected her but also her kids... Niether her boys deserve to see things like this...

Those boys work ****ing hard for what they have in life now and niether of them need this...

If you had half the drama that she had at both addressed then i gurantee you lot would be worse off... Heather did an amazing thing on the estate caring for the elderly for four years and yet she gets no recognition for that..

Typical ****ing estate,, one bad thing and she's the town gossip but for the four long gruelling years os helping the comunity with volunteer work and caring for the elderly and the dying...everyone ****ing ignores that..

JUST DONT LOOK AT THE BAD,, START REALISING THE GOOD IN PEOPLE FOR A CHANGE XX
